Who We Are

Crumb Patrol is a home-based cleaning service that deep-cleans strollers, car seats, and related baby gear using non-toxic products. We offer pickup and delivery across San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Marin County.

Booking and Scheduling

When you book, you agree to provide accurate contact and location details. We will confirm your appointment and coordinate a pickup and delivery window. We ask for reasonable access to the item at the agreed time. If we cannot reach you or collect the item during the scheduled window, we may need to reschedule.

Same-day delivery is our goal, but it is not guaranteed. Depending on how soiled an item is, we may need extra time and push delivery to the following day. This is at our discretion and based on the condition of the item at pickup.

What Is Included

Each cleaning follows our standard process, which typically includes disassembly per manufacturer guidelines, deep vacuuming, non-toxic enzyme stain treatment, steam sanitizing where appropriate, reassembly, and a safety check. For car seats, we also check expiration dates and known recalls and clean buckles and harnesses with warm water only, per manufacturer safety guidance.

Results and Condition of Items

We work hard to get your gear as clean as possible, but we cannot guarantee that every stain, odor, or mark will come out. Some staining, discoloration, and material wear is permanent and set into the fabric before we receive the item.

If a stain or mark cannot be fully removed after reasonable effort, we will let you know and treat it as pre-existing wear rather than a failed clean. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, fading, or defects, and we will point these out where we notice them.

We use only organic, non-toxic cleaning products, never harsh chemicals. This is the safest choice for your family, though it can mean results are not quite as intense as a harsh chemical clean would produce.

Our service is a deep clean, not a restoration. Dings, scratches, sun fading, and similar cosmetic wear are usually permanent, and we do not expect to remove them. We do sanitize, disinfect, and clean each item as thoroughly as we can.

Payment

Payment is due as described at the time of booking. We accept payment through our secure payment processor. Prices are as quoted for the service booked.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Life happens, and we get it. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can adjust our route. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee. See our Refund Policy for details.

Photos and Marketing

To showcase our work, we take before and after photos of the gear we clean, and we may use these photos on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

These photos show the item only. They never include faces, people, children, license plates, home interiors, or any personal or identifying information, and they are never labeled with your name or address. If you would prefer we not use photos of your gear at all, just let us know before your appointment and we will honor that.

Liability

Crumb Patrol is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific cleaning in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in San Francisco, California.
