Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our service, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

To provide our cleaning service, we collect:

  • Your name and contact details, such as phone number and email
  • Your pickup and delivery address
  • Details about the gear you want cleaned
  • Payment information, which is handled by our secure payment processor and is not stored by us

We only collect what we need to schedule your service, communicate with you, complete the cleaning, and process payment.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to book and confirm appointments, coordinate pickup and delivery, complete your cleaning, process payment, respond to your questions, and send you service-related updates. If you opt in, we may occasionally send promotions or news. You can opt out at any time.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider (such as Stripe). Your card details are entered directly with that provider and are protected by their security systems. We do not see or store your full card number.

Before and After Photos

We take before and after photos of the gear we clean and may share them on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

These photos show the item only. They never include faces, people, children, license plates, home interiors, or any personal or identifying information, and they are never labeled with your name or address. If you would prefer we not photograph your gear, let us know before your appointment.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers we rely on to run the business, such as our payment processor and scheduling or messaging tools, and only as needed to serve you. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our service, meet legal and tax obligations, and maintain our business records. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Your Rights

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we hold about you, the right to request that we delete it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Children's Privacy

Our service is for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
